EV Charging Station

Use of any and all EV charging stations located in the parking garage between ONE & TWO Coliseum Centre, is at user’s sole risk and responsibility. Landlord is not responsible for any loss or damage which may occur by or through the use of the charging stations, or through acts or omission of any individual using the EV charging stations; nor does Landlord, either express or implied, warrant the condition or operations of the EV charging stations. The charging stations are a convenience for the use of tenants only. I have read the above disclaimer and agree that the use of the EV charging stations, is at my own risk and that The RMR Group LLC will not be held liable for any loss, damage or injury resulting from my use of the EV charging stations.

There are 4 charging ports to be shared by all Compass associate/drivers. Guests and the public cannot use the service. Charging sessions are free but will stop charging at the end of the allowed time or at full charge (whichever comes first). Charging stations are provided by the landlord and administered by the Workplace Services team. Use of charging stations requires registration with Compass, utilization of the BLiNK app and the inclusion of a credit card. Stations are occupied on a first come/first serve basis and a waitlist is available. Notifications from the BLiNK app will drive the movement of vehicles in/out of charging station spaces. It is required that associate/drivers be responsive to these notifications and move vehicles in a timely fashion. Not moving your vehicle according to notifications can result in the assessment of a parking fee and/or removal of your charging privileges.
