You’re invited to Compass Group North America’s annual Be the Difference conference on Thursday, July 11, 1:00pm EST to 4:00pm EST. This hybrid event focusing on the transformative power of inclusion and belonging will open with a keynote – “Belonging at the Core: A Conversation with Compass Group North America CEO Palmer Brown, CPO Cindy Noble, and VP of DEI Aleshia McMath” – followed by three 30-minute-long panel discussions featuring associates and leaders exploring “AI and DEI,” “Cultivating a Culture of Care” and “Focus on Culinary.” A virtual exhibit hall will showcase DEI activity, Empowerment Resource Groups, and resources from nearly every sector starting at Noon EST.
New this year is a “hybrid” format: In addition to continuing to make the conference available virtually, there are limited-capacity in-person options to view the sessions live in Charlotte, NC, at the Compass Group CoLab.
