Black History Month

February is Black History Month, an annual celebration of the achievements by Black Americans and a time for recognition of the central role of Black people in U.S. history.  This Thursday, February 29th  Executive Chef Dennis & David Rios Showcase – The Flavors of Kenya – Nyama Choma/Chimichurri (grilled flank steak), Samaki wa Kupaka (baked fish w/coconut & spices), Kuku Choma (roast chicken), Kitoweo Cha Matoke na Mboga (plantain & vegetable stew), Classic Mukimo (blended potato w/ spinach & corn), Sukuma Wiki, sauteed spring greens w/green onions & cilantro, Classic Kachumbari (citrus pickled red onion, tomato & cilantro)
